The Story
In the year 2044, humans known as Demifloras have developed superhuman abilities but are hunted down for their pricey body parts. Iris Black - a Demiflora with the ability to bring his drawings to life - is outcast by his peers and his own mother for his inability to suppress his powers. His chance to find a space where he can use his powers freely comes one night when a daring outsider sneaks into his sheltered home.

Q: When is the series coming out? A: We have a planned release date, but we don't want to share it just yet as this project is in its early stages and everything is subject to change.
Q: Is this a direct adaptation of the webcomic "Countdown to Countdown"? A: Yes and no. We're keeping the entire storyline of the original comic, but a lot of panels can't be adapted 1-to-1. We'll be taking our own spin on the visuals while doing our best to preserve the art style of the comic.
Q: Where will I be able to watch Countdown to Countdown: Animated? A: CTC Animated will premiere worldwide exclusively on YouTube. Season 1 will be released on a rolling basis, with new episodes coming out shortly after they complete production. Once Season 1 is completed, we'll be bringing CTC Animated to other streaming services as well. All seasons and all episodes will continue to be released for free on YouTube.
